Senior Investment Advisor

About the role:

  • Provide strategic investment advisory services for property investors including private individuals, corporate and institutional investors
  • Advising on sourcing competitive financing solutions for property investment
  • Analyses clients’ financial position and assess client needs and advice on prudent course of action for investment
  • Ability to conduct market research, prepare presentations/marketing materials and interpret financial analysis to clients independently.
  • Monitor information on the socio-economic environment and interprets the implications of such information for the clients
  • Demonstrate interest in residential and commercial real estate market.
  • Carry out cash flow projection, valuation and evaluation of financing options.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge or prior experience in financial analysis, investment and/or cross-border financing is preferred but not essential.
  • Understanding in legal obligations is desirable.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Highly motivated, target driven with strong work ethic
  • A Bachelor’s degree or above preferred
  • Fluent in English is a must. Conversational skills in Mandarin and/or Cantonese desirable.
  • Ability to work cooperatively with staffs in different offices and report to the head office on sales and/or investment opportunity pipelines.

Office Translator

About the role:

  • Translate content within company’s official website, software and social media account
  • Translate copywriting, property brochures and other sales literature
  • Write and translate training course materials
  • Assist in drafting official documents and contracts
  • Convert texts and verbal communication from English and Chinese
  • Review and proofread relevant documents to ensure accuracy
  • Follow up with internal team members and clients to ensure translation meets their needs, which will include interpretation in person and over the phone
  • Provide orientation, pre-job training and skill upgrading training in both English and Chinese

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications or linguistics
  • Minimum three years of experience in the translation field
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin (ability to speak Cantonese is an asset)
  • Ability to convert written materials into a second language
  • Excellent translation, written and communication skills
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite

Property Manager

  • Property management experience preferred
    Familiar with the UK property management process
    Good communication skills in both Chinese and English
    Property experience of at least 2 years Familiar with the UK property rental and purchase process
  • Good communication skills in both Chinese and English
  • Sales experience of at least 2 years
